Nearly a fallen city New Orleans has been embroiled in a long bloody war since Katrinas devastating blow. Recent months has seen a settling of the dust, breaking the great city into territories under the major supernatural powers. The French Quarter remains neutral ground under the control of an unknown super power that makes it's self known only to the Leaders of the various factions. Here the supernatural races can mingle and the political game plays for the largest stakes.

Along the old historic streets of the french corner sits a grand old building, layered with the usual colorful flavor. Various shops, little restraunts, the odd ball voodoo priest and Tarot reader. A constant flow of people coming and going at all hours of the night mingled with the sounds of street performers and traffic. A perfectly suitable cover for the hidden activities just below the crust of the streets. On the corner of a building sits a little tea shop with it's large bay window decorated with Oriental designs. The Neon Green sign over head proclaimed it Mama San's Tea House. There were no hours posted, but the menu taped to the door window suggested a long list of teas from all over the world and various finger foods to go with them. A constant flow of people in and out of the tea house at all hours kept the area filled with a low hum of activity.

The Shop with in was filled with a variety of nooks and crannies divided off into their sections by bookshelves that rose up to the ceiling. The assortment of books was great and changed on a daily bases. Not hinting to what the proprietor favored in her reading. The old Asian woman behind the counter never appeared to leave, nor did any of her half a dozen beautiful asian employees. Greeting guests and taking their money day and night.

At the very back of the shop besides the Host Shrine sat a pale green door with the words EMPLOYEE ONLY. En-spelled with a powerful enchantment eyes of the unenlightened mortals would simply slide from it. Forgetting they had ever had interest in such a simple and rather ugly entrance way. No matter the oddity that went in, or came out the simple mortal mind would not retain the information. Ensuring the secrets of the supernatural were kept.

Through it to a narrow stairs and Down, it would lead into the belly of a great modern speak easy. The area was thick here with mingling energies, Glamour, magic, the threads of things deeper and older then even those too things. The cieling was high and vaulted with moasic tiling and reliefs done in repeating geometrical patterns. A nod to some sort of middle eatern design. The chandliers were crystal catching the light from the bulbs to shatter them in sparkling motes across the surfaces below. the pillars gave way from the mind engaging patterns to something more simplistic near the floor accenting the bizzare glass windows that happened around the room. seven in total, each one containing a life sized Department store manniquin. Each manniquin, a different gender, a different race. the dress changing from day to day. The dance floor and sound booth mingled with appropraite with the rest of the 1920's decore about the room. But seemed fitted with modern technology able to support whatever dancing was desired for the evening. One long bar against the east wall, the west filled with booths, broken only by three out of the 8 doors presentin the room. The room was filled with supernaturals of all nods and styles, Of the few mortals not claimed with in by the supernatural community, whispers were spoken of the secrets they knew, of the leverage they held. For each of the five major spernatural races a door on the main floor, and a second level balcony over looking the Speak easy which lead into a sub area for their kind only. The self guards for those areas was left to the races themselves to provide (please speak to the Race Leaders/Reps to find out). There were rooms present for those that could not find their way safely back to their territory or had no safe place. A kitchen fully stocked to service all needs, a rumble room located on the lower level and whispers spoken of the place well below where the Wraiths held court.
