Rumble Street

The Library was a long rectangular room with a high vaulted ceiling from which crystal chandlers hung. The Bookshelves rose as high as the walls allowed, with many tall shelves lined in neat rows all the way to the grand fireplace in back. The air and Temp was controlled to maintain a perfect level for the paper print. Here and there the area was dotted with a table, a cluster of comfortable chairs and the like. Information with in the Library for study is the following (it may grow or lessen depending on how things go please check here before using it as a resource):

You may use these this resource for character development. The Library can be used to learn what is listed, at the cost of the proper amount of time and EXP spent. It does not cut down on the amount of time it takes to learn these things but your character does not have to find someone to teach you.
