NPC Character Making

HELLO! It is my goal to have a fully constructed NPC world to go along with our setting so that we may have consistent npcs for people to interact and for the Story tellers to use. This means making sheets, personality and background blurps for those characters. Since it is a pretty big task to undertake I am asking for help and offering a little Bonus XP in return. People may earn an extra 2 XP Per Month for submitting NPC sheets for use! YOU MUST follow the guidelines below. 1. NPCS -MAY NOT- be made from the Restricted or Not-approved lists. 2. Please Stick to the list of npcs that I need below. 3. Please use Secondary character creation guidelines/point system to make the npcs. Anything more powerful will be made or that character will be altered by Jose and I to fit what we need. 4. Please do not make npcs that benefit your character. These npcs are made to flesh out the World. Do not connect them to your characters. 5. NPC Character sheets should be submitted via Email: TheakDreamer@gmail.com Or can be posted on this forum ONLY 6. Even tho you make and submit an npc it may not be used, or may not be used right away. Depending on what we need. Feel free to submit multiple npcs. What we need: Vampires: Vampires Of the following clans: Ventrue, Brujah, Toreador, Tremere, Malk, Gangrel, Nosferatu Ghouls: for clans: Ventrue, Brujah, Toreador, Tremere, Malk, Gangrel, Nosferatu Mages: Mages: any under the approved guidelines Hedge Mages: Any under the approved guidelines Supernatural mortals: Any under the approved guidelines Fae: Seelie or Unseelie: There are no set guidelines currently as we haven't had a chance to go through the book thoroughly so please use logic, we can always tweak the sheet if something doesn't fit. Kinian: Seelie or Unseelie - again no set guidelines please use logic. No Chimerical creatures at this point please. Wraith: If you have any grasp of wraith and want to take a crack at it go for it. Other wise they should be coming out with the 20th book soon. From what I hear that'll make things easier. Shifters: Fere or Shifters: Anything on the approved list. Kinfolk: I currently have a list made up but there is always room for The shifters earning more Kinfolk through story or other wise. PLEASE NOTE: This should not be something that requires US the ops/STs to help you complete. This to help us out. So coming in to the concept room or asking for help building these NPCS negates the reason for this request.
