Step FOUR: Final Touches
Humanity Traits: place 5 through the listed options appropriate for your character concept.
Starting Willpower is 3.
Derangements if needed, gain 2 FB for them
Add Merits and Flaws. No more then 7 in each please unless you have spoken to an ST and have permission on creation.
Step FIVE: Spark of Life
Spend the 5 FBs given on creation and any from flaws, negative traits, ect.
Add 15 experience points to your sheet to round out the concept. This exp gift requires a minimum background to be in the journal for approval.
