Garrett Sinclair
Garrett Sinclair has set up shop in the port of Tortuga for the last few years. He, along with his assistant, have worked aboard several pirate ships in the past, but after the recent near mutiny of the last crew they were with decided to enjoy the more stable comforts of port life for a time. He is known for taking care of any condition necessary so long as he is paid for them, including treatment of STDs or abortions for the whores in the brothel, and rumors say he has paid for fresh corpses in the past for some sort of medical experimentation.

Cody, a quiet man that looks to be of English decent, a man that with a 1000 yard stare has stopped the biggest men in their tracks. He has the look of a well traveled and learned man but spends most of his time at The Black Rose Taverna drinking, telling the occasional horror story of the Spanish Inquisition, or working on the docks loading and unloading cargo.
Maria
Maria is a face seen around Tortuga, especially during the dark hours of night. Collecting the money from the patrons of the Bordello to dancing before the Sailors and men of the Black Rose. Born to a Spaniard, Maria has found her acceptance hard fought for and whilst she deals in shadows, she has been seen to be a a woman of heart and the fire her breed is known for. Tattoos and marks are her trade within the Port Town.
